FFPE is a formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sample that can be retained at room temperature for a long time. Product Description
BunnyMag FFPE DNA Isolation Kit provides a simple, rapid and efficient method to extract genomic DNA from paraffin-embedded tissues, paraffin-sectioned tissues and paraffin-fixed samples. Paraffin tissues are dewaxed and treated with efficient lysis reagents to release DNA from the tissues, and then bound to the surface of magnetic beads by fast magnetic response, and finally highly purified genomic DNA is obtained, which is validated by hundreds of real clinical samples and can be directly used for a variety of downstream experiments such as PCR, qPCR and library preparation.

Using BunnyMag FFPE DNA Isolation Kit and similar products from Qiagen and ThermoFisher, DNA extraction was performed on 10 clinical FFPE samples respectively, and the DNA extraction yield of this product was better than similar products from competing companies.

Using BunnyMag FFPE DNA Isolation Kit and similar products from Qiagen and ThermoFisher, DNA is extracted from FFPE samples for library preparation. The library was analyzed by Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and the fragment size was highly consistent with competing products.

Storage Conditions
Please take out the magnetic beads and proteinase K and store at 2-8℃, and others store at 10-30℃.
